Head of Sales ​department:
  • Works with and leads Sales team to drive overachievement of revenue goals, employee goal setting, performance management and career planning and development;
  • Hires and mentors staff to drive performance and sales increasing;
  • Develops and executes on a sales strategy to meet/exceed revenue targets;
  • Establishes and reports on metrics to measure performance of the sales activities; correct deficiencies where necessary;
  • ​Ensures that the sales plan is reached;
  • Promotes a positive work environment.

Requirements:
  • Fluent English - obligatory! Most part of our clients are outside of Russia.
  • Excellent management and communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Confirmed experience in managing, growing and developing an sales team from the minimum 1 year;
  • Proven track record of successful sales with great revenues (more than $70-300K monthly);
  • Proven successful track record of international sales;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies;
  • Confident user of LinkedIn, Facebook, other tools for searching of professional contacts.
  • *Knowledge of mobile marketing, internet marketing, mobile advertising, mediabuying will be a big advantage!
  • Unfortunately, we will not consider candidates without experience in Internet companies (any kinds of).
  • Experience with AMO CRM is desirable (not a big advantage but will be good).
  • An adequate attitude to the corporate hierarchy: you will be a lot interact with the heads of other departments. You should not consider yourself better and more important. Head of sales is important part of team but not the all success of Company :–)
